    Card arrived to me with 3 huge scratches/cracks in the display case. Seller informed me "it must have happened while in the mail". Item was wrapped in a plastic protector in a bubble mailer. There was no info of scratches on listing. Asked seller for $10 refund so I can fix the issue but keep the product. Seller refused. Item is being displayed so appearance is important. Item didn't arrive as listed and seller refused to make right. Will not do business with in the future.

    Offered full refund for return of the card and apologized for the issue. Buyer refused and requested a partial refund via PayPal so he could keep the card.
