  I had a problem with a disk, and since I m not in the USA for a while, the seller offered me a refund even though I can t send the item back (a PS2 game). This speaks to the transparency of this seller, and the issue with the game disk not reading was just bad luck. I m very happy with the seller and will continue buying from them since they offer guarantees and support. The shipping was fast and the overall condition of the box and manual are excellent.

  Everything was well packaged & bubble wrapped. So far, everything is working as it should. I recieved everything that was pictured with no scratches. It arrived fairly quickly despite it being USPS so I'm very happy about that. Definitely worth the price.
