  Took a little while to wait for communication, however it was during the holidays so completely understandable. When they did message me back they were nice and communicative. The computer arrived on time, greatly packed, and completely plug and play as stated. I just followed the instructions in the box and it worked great. Amazing computer, thank you so much!

  The company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. I ordered a computer with a DVD/RW unit and I received a totally different computer than I ordered and the DVD/RW writer did not work. I relayed this to them and they said that the DVD/RW unit was installed and the computer I did get was some kind of upgrade I didn't order. So I had to initiate a return through ebay even though the seller told me they wouldn't refund my money. Stay away from these guys.

  Great product good shipping and turn around time only problem was didn’t get what was pictured but when I asked them they said they had to change suppliers but had the same internals just different case .. that’s cool but change your pictures in listing

  DO NOT buy from this seller. I recieved the PC and it was not working correctly at all. It was not a plug and go like advertised. They had me send back the PC to be looked at, and they will not reply to my messages. They now have my PC and My money. Definitely a scam if I've ever seen one!!!!
