  Great product for a great price, arrived quickly, and GREAT COMMUNICATION!!. The packages was a tad under padded, but the actual laptop was in a factory package, so *that* was padded pretty well. Overall, I would 100% buy from this seller again; And they are only seller I've bookmarked in so many years that I can't remember another!   I placed an order for a laptop and payment went through shortly after. I was reading over the description again and realized it was missing something I wanted it equipped with. It was my own fault. I contacted the seller and they issued a refund and advised me on what to do if it ended up shipping anyway. Great customer service. If I find another item for sale by them that I’m after I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. (And make sure I read carefully!)
