    I received this unit fast. When there was an issue (not at the sellers fault) the response was quick and very helpful trying to resolve the problem. After a few unsuccessful days, the seller personally came to bring another unit and ensured it worked properly prior to leaving. The condition of the replacement unit was less than the first unit, but the seller refunded a portion of the purchase price to compensate.

    WIFI card was shipped out promptly by the seller following the weekend, got it quickly, was able to get my laptop WiFi back up and running great! Price was reasonable, it was well packaged and was the part detailed in the sellers add so overall great experience and would certainly buy from them again!

    Once the laptop arrived, I have informed the seller that the 130W charger was not working. The seller sends a new charger right away! It is only 90W but still a good charger for my laptop. Overall, the laptop is in very good condition, good value! Seller was very quick to reply. Would buy again from this seller.

    Seller was understanding and patient. HP keyboard was stuffed in large envelope. I had no way to get it from Apt Mailbox, until Postal Strike was over!! The item was eventually retrieved by Postal worker but situation could have been avoided. The item sat in our mailbox for over 30 days, even after contacting Post Office Manager before Postal strike began. NOTE: Better shipping container and clear marking on a noticeable label with something like "Do Not Bend', may work better in the future?

    Ordered 2 Lenovo laptops from this seller (not really a seller but a reseller) and had a bad experience with them: 1. Laptop arrived with a pre-installed account not in my language. Had big issue to add my language. Other sellers i purchased laptop from come with the OOBE process 2. Laptop as described should come with 65w charger but came with 45w 3. Asked for 65w charger for replacement but no response from them I do not recommend this seller for all these reasons. Stay away from them
