    Seller was understanding and patient. HP keyboard was stuffed in large envelope. I had no way to get it from Apt Mailbox, until Postal Strike was over!! The item was eventually retrieved by Postal worker but situation could have been avoided. The item sat in our mailbox for over 30 days, even after contacting Post Office Manager before Postal strike began. NOTE: Better shipping container and clear marking on a noticeable label with something like "Do Not Bend', may work better in the future?

    I would like to state that this seller is definitely deserving 6 stars. The Apple Logic board that I ordered came right on time as described. During the inspection and before installation, I noticed a defect that I would have hoped didn't have an impact. However, after the install and test, the board did have the issue. Within an hour, I informed the seller and within the next hour, we had the action plan worked out. Things slip through cracks sometimes, but service\support is most important.
