This seller tried to fool me and ultimately caused me $23 damage. They shipped hard drives in totally inappropriate plain bubble envelope instead of a hard box. When contacted, they refused to confirm that drives are tested good, and ultimately refunded $43 instead of $66. The items were sold cheap, without warranty or returns. You returned them anyway and the items checked fine, without fail, as described. After delivery, you decided you wanted a warranty, but they were never sold with a warranty. That's asking for something after the fact, and simply can not do that. So you paid for your return shipping for an item that was exactly as pictured and described.
