    Best Practices in Aktion… Hatte zunächst eine schwarze Schnalle erhalte und nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegeben in hellbraun. Nach kurzer Rücksprache, wurde mir anstandslos die hellbraune Schnalle zugesandt und auf den Rückversand der schwarzen wurde sogar auch verzichtet. Letztendlich kam sogar die zweite Schnalle noch vor dem ursprünglich angekündigten Zustelltermin bei mir an. Super! Sowohl das Produkt selbst, als auch die Kommunikation mit dem Händler zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit!
