  The Q990D was about $1,000 cheaper than Best Buy. It arrived brand new in the box in excellent condition. I’ve unboxed it, set it up, and it’s like I’m at the theaters! I wish I could have trialed it in the store, but I’m happy with it at this price. If I had to have paid full price I might have gone with the Sennheiser, but I can’t truly say that as I hadn’t heard it in my room only at the store! Either way excellent eBayer! Fast shipment! It is a fully new, not reconditioned or second with all items such as remote, antennas, and manuals included. With factory warranty this is over a $600 savings over a comparable product elsewhere.
