    It states that the product was new, and then the seller sends it and indicates that the touchless system didn't ship it because it was defective. It's incorrect to state that something is new when it isn't. They also indicate that they are changing the box, but this box arrived in very poor condition.

    The product was new most the parts were in factory sealed packaging only replaced original box because it got messed up I explained that to you and ask if you wanted me.to.pit in another box you said that was fine and I didn.shop.tje roichless system n you said it doesn't work I said it might be defective from factory because it is new brand new

    This product is great to add CarPlay to an older vehicle. It's low profile doesn't take up much windshield space. It was New In Box as described. Fair price, great value to update care. It looks great and add a modern touch to an older Toyota Camry. Arrived well packaged/protected. Bought the specific back up camera for this unit separately and once that's installed the car will be updated. 5 star review for product and for seller, do recommend and would buy from again.
