    Item received without the bottom straps and buckles that were pictured in the listing. Im unable to use the shoulder straps w/out the connecting straps. Contacted seller several times, who ultimately offered to refund cost of bottom straps, but never did. I had to buy them separately and spend 2x the original amount. Lack of communication and follow through by seller is the reason for negative feedback.
