  When I received this pendant, I contacted the seller to express my disappointment as what I got is very different from the eBay photo. The stone is smaller and a different color. The wire work is not good quality. I initially bought from this seller due to the superb wire work. The seller initially responded that he would have the pendant remade to look like the photo. This was over a month ago. I sent numerous messages requesting an update and nothing. I guess I’m it getting what I paid for.

  I asked seller to send the item in the picture or similar. As the one I purchased before wasn’t colored the same as pic, the seller sent one this time like pic but was of lower quality, the wire was crooked and the gem off center. I was going to gift this one but not going to because of the quality. Asked seller without a reply.
