Excellent communication after USPS completely screwing up and sending item back to seller and was promptly sent back to me and it made it the second time around.     This started out a little rough, as the seller had sent the wrong item in error and it took about a week including the re-delivery to rectify it. I will credit the Seller for reaching out in advance of the wrong item arriving. They fully reimbursed me for the Return postage of the wrong item back to them and then re-shipped the correct item when they received it back from the other party, likely taking taking a loss on our transaction. Item seems to work as advertised, so far, with new inks.
