  I originally received the product in a condition I wasn't happy with, and the seller sent a replacement free of charge and in much better shape, arriving a week faster than expected.   Super speedy delivery (ahead of schedule), item arrived in perfect condition, almost no complaints. Only downside is that the item and its accessories came in a "vaccuum seal", in a deformed plastic inside the box. Was this to save on weight? I find that counter-productive. Other than that, the package was undamaged and nicely secured. Would recommend anytime.
