  Package arrived in excellent condition and was exactly what I wanted! I never received accurate shipping information, just a should be delivered by. The seller reached out and let me know they were sending it out and apologized for any delays (they had personal things to tend to). Was thankful they reached out and let me know.   Delayed shipping made me miss MY project completion deadline! First class mail isn't tracked affording the seller some cover since it is difficult to determine the ACTUAL shipping date. Still this stencil purchased on Jun 18 arrived damaged on July 14. Seller did issue a voluntary, preemptive refund but that doesn't turn back the clock. When the stencil did FINALLY arrive it was damaged due to inadequate packaging. It is made of a stiff plastic that won't lay flat even on a flat surface!

  It’s been 8 days since they supposedly shipped order by first class mail with no tracking number been in contact with seller had to send 2 emails before they answered just keeps telling me to look for it in mail also the seller is in Florida and I live in Florida 41 miles away to say the least I will not use them again even if I get them in the mail

  I purchased this item 20 days ago, on June 24th. On July 1st, I contacted seller for order status. I was told that the order had been shipped and I’d receive it in 5 days. I’ve since requested tracking information twice with no response from seller.
