  This card was lost in the mail by no fault of the vendor. The communication was fantastic. I patiently waited well past the time of arrival. We communicated about it and I gave it an extra week. The refund came immediately. This is one of the best vendors on eBay because of the communication, honesty, and very quick refund. This transaction was too smooth and the customer service was impeccable. USPS failed. Cramer's however is all pro. Will do business with him again because of the service.
