  Both laptops arrived wrapped in bubble wrap. Both were quite dusty from previous use. However, after a quick wipe down with spray cleaner, both looked quite good despite evidence of heavy use. Both laptops powered up and after a quick power wash, both were able to log into Google just fine. Thank you!
