We explained to this customer that a package must be lost for 15 days then we will issue you a full refund that day if not received. We had already issued you a refund right on day 15 as we discussed to you which is necessary as a minimum to file a lost package claim. We were communicative and give you your many back following proper procedure prior to you leaving this feedback so this case was handled properly per policy

USPS has got some serious issues. No reflection of the seller whatsoever. Package got sent from my state to out of state like 3 times. Would get close then they’d send right back to NC from VA 🙄. This is a good seller though. It’s been a good while since I’ve ordered from what I’m assuming is a “him” haha. Anyways, I’ll be back for sure man. I love these things and you’re a good seller.
