  The item originally arrived quite late and was heavily damaged, to the point that the frame was visible from outisde the packaging and was broken. It appeared as though it had been damaged while in Royal Mails care and they had potentially attempted to repair it hence the delay in delivering. But the item was ruined. The seller promptly agreed to send a replacement and I'm very happy with it, and the service. Thanks again! A+++++
