On the picture it was clear the hardware was silver , seller sent gold hardware then told me it’s not his problem ! Pictures form part of the description too and the picture clearly showed a navy strap with SILVER hardware. I will be opening a case. Avoid this seller at all costs!

Good morning to whom concerning, this is Mitra Guha, I am here to let you know that, I am very disappointed with is seller behaviour to wards me, because I have received this item not how she show it on her picture and the same day I send her and explain noting like a picture, I need you send me your free label I could send it back to you back , ( item is too short without something I could attach it together in the end and it isn't fluffy as in the pictures). Unfortunately no response yet.
