    Seat arrived in the exact time seller told me. Packing of seat in box was perfect. Seat has the exact mounting fasteners as factory. Removing old seat and transferring old hardware to the new seat was 15 minutes. I found no damage whatsoever. Seller kept me in the loop during the entire transaction. I have never bought anything from Vietnam before and very happy with the outcome. There are other sellers with lower prices that don't communicate. There are no seats available in the U.S. this $.

    The seller had very little contact with me about the item I ordered. I placed the order 06/14/25 and this morning I received an update from eBay that it was being delivered today. Today is July 21, over a month since the order was placed, and it was delivered to the wrong person, wrong address in the wrong state. Never again and I wouldn’t recommend this seller. I live in NY, package delivered to AL.

Vender had to custom make this seat before shipping it to me, yet I received it before other smaller parts I had ordered from other countries and venders even reached the USA. Packaging was very sturdy and surprisingly arrived a head of time and not all smashed and crushed. Would recommend this vendor to everyone and purchase from again A++++++
