    Fast Professional service, shipping and support. Package arrived as expected and items where as described. First one was 52% charge, a good sign. Second was 0% charge. Not so much. Seller worked with me while I tested and cycled the battery. The good news for battery 2. After three cycles of charge and discharge it now holds the charge as well as battery 1. Seems it may have missed "Test Charge" step at production. I will buy from seller again! Thank you Dealer_General! Recommended!

    The package did not come for many weeks. Found out our post office was holding onto the package. This was absolutely not the sellers fault in any way. They worked very hard to get me the product, sent a replacement and communicated well. They handled things fast and efficiently, and corrected problems that they do not control. Would 100% buy from them again. Fantastic seller!!!
