I tried to negotiate with the seller but they show no flexibility and only offered full refund upon return but I did not take this option. Return shipping would be way too expensive from Germany and I can repair the vacuum cleaner by changing the dead battery. So I am not as satisfied as I could have been with a little effort from seller. Price was fair though.
