  Seller did everything right, but the USPS seems to have played hot potato with this package! Seller packed the items really well so they made it safely and intact. Shipped promptly by seller, but took its time touring the north to the far south, then northeast and finally northwest to western NC. Items were as described and expected. I would purchase from this seller again; USPS is not under their control.

  I did not receive my product, which in some cases my been an issue. However, not only did the seller respond quickly when I had questions, they also refunded quickly when they found out there was an issue with my order and informed me of the issue. They went out of their way to let me know the problem be very apologetic and try to find a solution! Will be buying from the seller again!

  Love the plates! Box arrived very damaged. Even post office wrote damaged on it and yet, it was packed so well inside that all the plates were perfect! They were just as described and in great condition. Very pleased with this purchase.

  GREAT seller, he was quick and responsive to all posts and sent me updates. The Greek Male Decanter we purchased is very delicate, one I purchased earlier arrived busted up due to poor packaging, but this one was EXTREMELY well packaged and even had 6-8" of extra protection at the top & bottom and something like 4 layers of bubble wrap around the whole thing. Five stars to Bluekwtoo.
