This door seal got our dishwasher working properly again. No more leaking! As for our experience with the seller, it took about a week to get to us after ordering and the first one came in a giant bubble mailer which didn't provide enough protection to prevent the part from being snapped in half during shipping. I contacted the seller though and they promptly shipped out a replacement which again arrived about a week later this time in a box which kept it in one piece. Thank you.

Thank god for hopes and dreams because that’s the only reason this GLASS part got here in 1 piece. Great price but the packaging was terrible. Wrapped with 1 single piece of bubble wrap that didn’t even cover the item. One piece of paper tape?. Just because an item is shipped insured doesn’t mean you half ass the shipping, and a fragile sticker is not a substitute for proper packing. Appreciate the part and price, 0 for the shipping. Would buy from again but WITH PROPER PACKAGING!

Had a time finding parts for older whirlpool gs5shaxnl00 seem to be discontinued which would explain the high cost. I sent details to this seller to confirm it was compatible but ended up details confirmed by another seller which had the same piece, with a higher cost. Once I ordered this seller responded saying it would fit and if not, they would take a return, but I would have to pay shipping. Thankfully it worked. seems to be new and fits perfectly so overall satisfied with this seller.
