    The monitor arrived exactly as advertised and much earlier than initially quoted - about 3 days early. Item shipped within 3 days of purchase (as they described) and the seller even put extra cardboard around the original packaging which was nice to see. Pricing was arguably fair considering its new old stock of a discontinued product. Overall very pleased with my experience.

    Very good purchase! The motherboard looks to be in great condition/open box, with a nice price tag. Packaging is all there and shipped safely. The tracking number I received did not work so I am not sure when exactly it arrived but it most likely came within 3 days.

    Seller refused to pass along specific delivery instructions to the last mile agent, and cancelled the purchase based on their inability to 'guarantee' that such instructions would be observed (I asked that the instructions be relayed, not that they guarantee compliance). Will not deal with this seller again as they did not discuss the cancellation before taking this action; they seem to have a high-handed approach to customer relations. Do not recommend.

    Buyer note: "Please ensure that the following instructions are transmitted to the last mile delivery service: Buzz code is XXX — Please deliver item to the door of Apartment XXXX; do NOT leave it in the lobby - the lobby is considered to be insecure." We can't guarantee drivers will follow these instructions. If the item is lost, it's on the seller. So, we email the customer before canceling and refunding.
