  I do not blame the seller for the time it took me to get my item. I blame the USPS. Seller took the item to the post office right away. Item is as described. Why does it take 3 days to ship an 8.5 x 11 envelope a distance of 60 miles from hillsborough county to hernando county florida? I guess because at least 3 overpaid union government employees had to touch it to get paid. Maybe this is why President Trump wants to clean out government waste.   The seller misrepresented the item as a new open box when it was used and an incorrect unit. It was shipped with one of the boards loose and with no packing because he knew it was bad and wanted me to file a claim with USPS to collect insurance. He was super rude in communication, and I ended up filing a criminal complaint and turning the unit over to the postal inspector.

  BUYER BEWARE: FRAUDULENT ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. I opened the item to discover it was missing critical pieces (manual and map), despite it being advertised as being sealed. It had clearly been opened and resealed. Attempts to contact the seller were ignored. Attempts to return the item were denied buy seller who cleverly "does not accept returns". eBay was not helpful. I have to issue a chargeback with my credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT SELLER -- you've been warned.

  The box was in fact factory sealed. It said on the box you must have a printer available to print the manual. It said great value which one would guess is it contained less items than a normal big box game. Sellars: Beware of this one, they can't read English!
