  Got notification the item was delivered. Package delivered to wrong address, which USPS would not give me. Suggested USPS retrieve package and deliver it to me. USPS claimed wrong address was on the package. Due to the amount of wrong mail delivered to my address, and other experiences with USPS I am guessing it is a USPS error. I contacted seller they could not resend due to concerns of the same issue; seller immediately gave me a refund. 5 Stars Ebay & seller, 0 Star USPS.

  This seller is purchasing this item from Amazon for $35 dollars using the customers information without permission from the buyer witch is fraud and selling it for more to the buyer. I've contacted the seller requesting the difference amount charged to be refunded and is ignoring the request and saying to return the item back. I don't and can't return the item because it's been opened and used. The seller is now ignoring my request to refund the difference back and is not responding back to me.
