Seller shipped item, however when I tracked shipping by UPS the item initially appeared as delayed. After checking the item’s tracking later, UPS indicated that the item was damaged/lost and I notified the seller immediately of this and provided a screenshot of what the UPS website indicated. The seller has failed to respond to a refund or show concern about this transaction. I will not be buying from this seller again, positively unprofessional and terrible communication.
