  Seller listed item with free shipping but then messaged to request that I pay for shipping which would have doubled the cost! I was willing to pay it but they requested that I pay them using an outside payment method. When I refused, they canceled the order. So I found another seller on eBay who offered the same product at the same price…who actually honored the free shipping with no issue. So purchase with causation that this seller may or may not honor their free shipping policy.
