    Happy with purchase and fast shipping, however seller communications was once to 3 inquires. It is listed as a De Buyer 11" Stainless Steel Fry Pan. It is a carbon steel (big difference) pan with a stainless steel handle. They would not verify if it was stainless or carbon steel? They did tell me they are an authorized dealer for De Buyer. If that is so they need to list it correctly and not have customers "take a chance" it will be the carbon steel they were meaning to purchase. De Buyer is ++
