Took 8 days to travel about 130 miles from another city in our state. Looks like they packed it up and/ or created the shipping label the day after we ordered it but it took several days to get to the post office. When we order parts from the same area they usually arrive within 2-4 days.

They would not offer to exchange after putting me off for several days. The offered to refund me $18.00 which is a far cry from $92.00. These guys suck. I contact the seller, send all the pictures, he said I have to open a damage case, it was the first time for me using eBay so I didn't know how to do it, so I thought if I went with the return it will take me to open a damage case, it didn't work out and I closed the return case by mistake. Right now I'm straggling between eBay and the seller and no one wants to help me. any help is appreciated.
