Then contacted seller sent pictures told me he was shipping new item out on jun 18th and two weeks went by and still no package contacted again and said please wait I asked for tracking and never replied another week went by still no sign of package I asked for updates and never got an answer finally it July 29 I messaged again trying to get an answer said I could send back at this point he replied with address and no RMA

    Fast shipping and good communication. Product fits my 2016 F-150 very well and is very robust and seals well with included. The only complaint I have is that there is no way to secure it in a folded state (its still secured to the truck, I mean the folds together on top each other as there are no straps as in the one picture. I asked seller about it, and they merely shared the instructions digitally and referred me to them to which only specify installation (clearly) but not folding/ securing.
