If you sent any packages to Purcell Blvd in Bend, then I won’t get it. I tried contacting you to tell you I had moved. I wanted the heavier or deeper stretcher bars. I’m not happy with the one package I got so far. I don’t want to leave a negative review but I had to buy the thick ones today after opening the one package I bought so far. And I didn’t get the right length either. Can I send them back for a refund? Thank you. I’ve only received one package of stretcher bars.

The buyer purchased one resetter from our eBay store on Mar 18, we sent a message to confirm the buyer's printer model number but never got any response. Buyer sent us a message on Apr 11, saying the resetter doesn't work on their printer, we sent a prepaid shipping label to ask the buyer to ship the item back to us on the same day. The buyer filed a claim from his own bank on Apr 19, but we still haven't seen any information that shows the buyer returned the item to us on Apr 24.
