    DJI Depot was responsive with initial questions before buying, the drone was unused as it was described in the listing but just didn’t have the original packaging, and it was shipped with care. The DJI website has refurbished items which are a good deal but they sell out quickly. The DJI Depot is comparable to the official DJI refurbished both in product and price, they just had what I wanted in stock. Either way, I had confidence in buying because returns are accepted.
