Item was shipped very quickly. My only concern was the mode was wrapped in stiff brown paper and honeycomb paper, which is abrasive and can cause damage to the paint work. Seller is not a model horse collector/dealer and didn't realize this. I reached out to the seller and they were very responsive, professional, and gracious about offering a return if needed. I decided to keep the model and provided resources that should help seller with future packing for model horses.

The seller was friendly and responded after my purchase to let me know my item would be packaged carefully, shipped with care and what day they were planning to ship. It arrived in a box and was wrapped in bubble wrap. It is in excellent condition and shows no signs of wear or use. It even has a cute pink sticker seal with the Barbie head logo. The sharpener does not pop all the way up and I have to pull it up a bit to use it; same with eraser tray not popping all the way out at times. Love it!
