Card was lost during shipping. Seller responded right away when I reached out. We agreed to wait for the holiday rush to pass to see if card was just stuck in transit. After a couple of weeks I reached out again and seller agreed to refund me for the card that was lost. Great Seller here and will for sure do business again, but next time will pay the couple of extra $’s for tracking.
