    Was a little slow about shipping they said it was out of stock, when they arrived neighbors dog got the package before I did, I reorder they shipped fast but were the wrong ones. I contacted them and they offered to send me a return label and exchange decals, I didn't which is my fault. They are a good seller. I would buy again.

    Item was listed as gently used and without any defects, but item arrived with a major chip and cracks on the screen. The seller claimed that the item itself was never damaged, but that there might be an issue with the screen protector. When we sent pictures of the damage, the seller continued to deny that the damage existed. After enlarging the pictures in the listing, what looks like a wrinkle in the screen protector is just an angle that minimizes the ability to see the damage.

    phone was perfect when it left our facility. as shown in the photo only the glass screen protector is cracked. This is just another ebayer trying to get something for free.
