  Paid for the item, seller contacted few days after to confirm vin number, I provided vin. Next day he kept asking me stupid question, I answered but the item wasn’t shipped even few days after I gave him all the information. Horrible service

  Needed this part as soon as possible to fix a work truck. After purchase, Seller said the part would ship on the day the listing said I should receive it. I never received the part. Seller said they shipped it but UPS tracking said they did not. Seller refunded the purchase 10 days after I was supposed to have received the item. Will have to reorder from another seller and be without a truck for a month, instead of the 7-10 days I expected when I bought from this seller. Caution advised.
