Seller has indicated I can return the piece but I will keep it. Buyers: be sure to always read the full description of any item on eBay so you know what you will receive. I assumed the full article was being sent - my bad !

I had an issue initially with Payment being on the wrong card and messaged her and she got back to me right away canceled the original order and I was able to purchase with no issue.
