    The seller replied politely but used the unreliable state post in Slovakia. They didn’t attempt delivery or contact me, and I only found out about the package after a tip. At the post office, it took a long time to claim it. I dislike this service, as Slovak Post risks theft, delays, or loss. Please avoid sending packages to Slovakia via regular post; opt for a courier service instead.

    Hello, We use the Spanish state postal service for your shipment, which works well. Correos España delivers worldwide through different companies, which we don't know... Sometimes the state-owned companies in each country, and sometimes private companies with which they have a delivery contract. We're sorry you have a bad opinion of your country's state-owned transport company, and that they notified you of the package's arrival without delivering it. But our "hands" reach as far as they can...
