  Item never arrived, It was sent FedEx, supposedly handed over to USPS, and never arrived. Seller was great, communication was great, but FedEx and USPS were no help at all, blaming each other, no one taking responsibility, go figure. The seller is top notch though.

  Item advertised as NIB. Item received was definately opened previously as the box shows obious signs of being opend and crushed. It was then wrapped in plastic glad wrap. In addition the phone case does not appear to be for the 16e. Rather I suspect it was the 16 and placed in the wrong box. I requested a return which was denied metioning the seller does not take returns. I can certainly understand this if the item is correct and as advertized. In this case it was not.

  Malicious feedback, buyer purchased a phone case that was described in detail. This was a brand new item in its original packaging and after buyer received it wanted to return it claiming that it didn't fit. Unfortunately, we've been scammed in the past with fraudulent returns and have a no return policy because of it. After selling many phone cases over the years we haven't experienced this too often. As you can see, most of our customers are happy with their purchases and the savings too!

  I don’t leave fake or misleading feedback, and I rarely leave negative reviews. I understand you’ve had issues in the past and why you might be hesitant about returns, but this situation is different—the item I received was not as described. I’m sure it was an honest mistake. Like you, I’ve also had some frustrating experiences recently with both sellers and buyers. eBay used to be a great marketplace, but unfortunately, a small minority is making it less enjoyable to use.
