    Items works without any issues and looks basically new without any damage - the protective plastic film was still on the unit! Like the other reviews have mentioned, the box was missing the hair screw tool and wand storage clip, but I contacted the seller after who shipped it out promptly with no charge. I recommend Dyson refurbished products as they are basically the same as new. I paid about $450 for the Dyson V15 detect which would have retailed for over $850 brand new.

    As others have stated the hair screw and wand clip were missing but I contacted the seller and they shipped the hair screw. Wand clip is out of stock but they will notify me when it returns. Vacuum looks brand new and works flawlessly.

    Like other reviewers here I was also missing the Wand Storage Clip & Hair Screw Tool when I received my Dyson V15. In my case I contacted the seller and a couple days later I received (what looks like) a brand new Hair Screw Tool. The clip was out of stock but they said they’d send it later. The vacuum itself arrived in great condition (for being refurbished) and works amazingly well. I upgraded to the V15 from a V10 that I also purchased refurbished 5 years ago and it was still working great.
