    I received the item exactly as described. Good packaging and bundled with a second fan that I also ordered. Really clean and good looking without any issues, fit directly into my server.     I ordered a replacement cooling fan and the parcel was received very damaged and the fan was definitely used not brand new. I don't mind because it's likely just taken out of a laptop/mini pc & resold but it's still misleading. I contacted them about it and sent a message to also redirect the parcel to a new address. The redirect was ignored so it was sent to the wrong address. I received the replacement parcel & it was slightly better packed but broken. Got a full refund instead. Slow shipping.

    Even though the fan types matched, they were not suitable for the NAS. He ‘saw’ all three as defective. I contacted the seller, who sent fans of the same type but not the same. The device operates without any problems with them. The seller is extremely positive! If you are looking for a fan for Synology RS-816, he has it! Thank you.
