  I ordered a replacement cooling fan and the parcel was received very damaged and the fan was definitely used not brand new. I don't mind because it's likely just taken out of a laptop/mini pc & resold but it's still misleading. I contacted them about it and sent a message to also redirect the parcel to a new address. The redirect was ignored so it was sent to the wrong address. I received the replacement parcel & it was slightly better packed but broken. Got a full refund instead. Slow shipping.
