  By no means is my neutral rating a bad experience with the company or with the product. The product came as stated in the post so there is no issues whatsoever. I had concerns about wiring of the radios connections. They did understand my concerns and were willing to work with me. Communications was a concern. However they were profession in handling things. I would not hesitate to buy again from them.

  This seller was not fair to me. With the wrong advice, after sending details of the car, he instructed me to buy an item that did not fit my car. He then asked me to return the item, and buy another item. Returned and paid for another item. He then wanted to reimburse me 20% of the amount I spent on the item he wrongly advised me to purchase. That was after I paid in full for the new item. Not a trustworthy seller. I'm disappointed. And frustrated
