    Fast shipping, and well packaged. Sadly, there turned out to be a backplane screw jammed into a backplane connector that messed up a node circuit board. Neither seller nor me could see the screw until I had trouble disassembling to install parts and had to get an inspection camera in there. I asked about a discount. Seller went above and beyond and just gave me a refund. Couldn't ask for better customer service. A++++++
