    Terrible seller, sent me a game with a broken case and claimed it was damaged in the mail. Refused to issue a refund so I had to initiate a case with paypal. Avoid this seller.

    I apologize for the inconvenience regarding the cracked CD case. I offered a full refund once the item was returned, but when I went to the post office, it hadn’t arrived yet. After you filed a dispute, I responded to the bank explaining I hadn’t received the item. Four hours later, it arrived, but by then the dispute had already been filed, and I couldn't process the refund due to eBay and bank policies. Unfortunately, the timing of the dispute prevented me from issuing the refund.
