    I ordered a Lutron LOS-CDT-2000R-WH Occupancy Sensor and when I received the item I noticed that it was not the correct model in the box. I was accidentally shipped a Lutron LOS-CDT-2000-WH Occupancy Sensor which does not have the relay module. The seller (David) was fantastic, very prompt communication and we came up with a solution ASAP. I was still able to use the occupancy sensor and received a partial credit. Over all I would happily buy from surplusindustriel again!
