The picture was of a digital pen with special white nibs. Seller sent an item that did not have these white nibs. When I told the seller, they offered to give me white nibs which, if I would have used them, could have damaged my pen. I asked for a refund and they said "Unfortunately this depends by Wacom [the company]", but that is untrue, you can see the nib through the packaging, they didn't use an image that represented the listing at all. They were in the wrong and refused to refund.

Responsive and quick communication. There was a little confusion about whether I needed to pay a customs duty when the item was listed as free postage. Maybe explaining that some countries may have to do this up front would be good. In the end I didn't have to pay it, and the phone came promptly.
